Last month at Australia Wind Energy 2025, we stepped onto the stage at the MCEC in Melbourne to pitch ZendIT AI as part of the Startup Innovation Challenge - and walked away with second place and a surge of validation from across the sector.

Our pitch, “From Chaos to Kilowatts: How ZendIT Drives Faster, Safer and Smarter Wind Project Delivery”, tackled the central problem facing wind project teams across Australia: lack of visibility. Missed milestones, mounting delays and reactive decision-making have become business-as-usual - not because teams aren't skilled, but because they’re operating blind.

ZendIT was built to change that.

Real validation. Real momentum.

We were proud to stand alongside fellow finalists Planet Savers (winners) and DCCA in front of a panel of experts including Dr Mary Wang, Dr. Melinda Krebsz, Azadeh Keshavarzmohammadian, and Mélanie Ducros - and even prouder to hear our message resonate with developers, OEMs, and delivery leads throughout the event.

The booth stayed busy over both days, with dozens of people stopping by to see ZendIT in action. And one line kept coming up again and again:

"This is exactly what we need onsite."

That one sentence says everything. For too long, wind delivery has relied on disconnected tools, static trackers and sheer human effort to manage thousands of moving parts. But the industry is shifting - and fast. The conversations we had at #AuWE2025 made it clear: project teams are ready for better tools.
